QUESTIONS
What's the dress code?
Please join us in celebrating our special day with style and comfort! We kindly ask that you dress nicely, preferably something summertime formal, but also feel free to wear something that you can enjoy and move in throughout the day. We want you to be comfortable while looking your best!
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please can you ensure you have confirmed your attendance by January 2026.
What are the timings for the day?
These are the current timings for the big day, however they will be updated once we have final confirmation from the venue and caterers. Arrival, curfew and departure will not change:
12:00-12:30 - Guests arrive
1pm - Ceremony
1:30pm - Drinks & canapes
3pm - Wedding breakfast & speeches
5:30pm - Games
6:30pm - First dance
7pm - Evening guests to arrive
9pm - Evening food
11pm - Curfew
11:30pm - All guests offsite
Can I bring my children or plus one?
Due to capacity limits, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children or additional plus-ones. We hope you understand and look forward to celebrating with you!
What's the easiest way to get to the venue?
If you are driving, there is an on site car park. Car's will need to be offsite by 11AM Sunday 6th July 26.
If you're travelling via train, the nearest station is Etchingham train station, and then you'll need to book a taxi from there which is approximately 18 minutes drive to the venue.
There are also a lot of hotels and B&Bs local to the venue if you wish to stay somewhere before and/or after the celebration!
We have a list of taxi services and links to hotels and B&Bs on this website, so if you wish to book these, we'd recommend doing this in advance :)
What are we doing about wedding gifts?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for!
However, if you'd like to give a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon would mean the world to us as we create new memories together. Our bank details are as follows:
